Maintaining your new home is important, and we help to make it easy. Every Walker Anderson home comes with a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, the most comprehensive warranty coverage in the homebuilding industry.
Should you have a problem with your home after purchase you can submit a warranty request directly to our customer service team by filling out the form below. Multiple items should be entered separately, clicking “submit” after each. You may then click the “back” button on your browser to return to the form where your contact info will remain. Only the last two fields need to be edited for each subsequent request.
Our Customer Service Manager will contact you back within 24-48 hours of submitting the warranty request. Weekend/holiday calls will be returned the following business day unless as an emergency.

These numbers are provided for the mechanical components for your home and all service requests remain subject to final warranty approval by Walker Anderson Homes.
Heating & Air
As an enhancement to our warranty program, we have also enrolled your home in the Front Line Warranty Service (FLWS) program, administered by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. FLWS will be the point of contact for all of your warranty service requests. To submit warranty service requests, please login below to your homeowner portal. If you are a first time user, select the “sign up here” button. Once you have signed in, click “Service Requests” to submit your warranty requests.
